Product Description

Single-station automatic aluminum casting machine refers to installing one set of aluminum casting molds on one workbench . The product diameter of a single set of molds can be up to 500mm. You can also make several products on this set of molds. The mold speed can be set by yourself. Fixed, the maximum speed reaches 1450r/min. The mold cover automatically opens and closes, and hydraulic force ejects the product. Safety door opens and closes automatically. Integrated with RV servo soup feeder , the aluminum water volume of the soup feeder can be set freely, with a maximum aluminum water scooping volume of 4.5kg/scoop. After completing the settings, just start it with one click, and the equipment can complete the aluminum casting work of a set of molds in 40 to 60 seconds . The work efficiency is 2 times higher than that of skilled manual operation. PLC + touch screen control, equipped with hydraulic automatic brake and manual mold cooling device (manually control the cooling time according to the mold temperature). The work is stable, and the mold can be replaced according to different products to achieve the purpose of one machine with multiple uses. This equipment can also be customized according to customers' different product needs. The equipment has reasonable design , solid frame, simple operation and maintenance, safety and reliability, and is suitable for applications where a single output is not too high .

This equipment is mainly used for the casting of rice cooker heating plates ( one with multiple outputs ) , electric woks , upper and lower covers of ceiling fans and similar products . It relies on the centrifugal force brought by the high-speed rotation of the spindle to quickly form products .
